Our Mission. The foundation of Open Arms Christian Child Development Center is built on God’s love. Our goal is to provide a nurturing and safe environment for the development of children and their families in our community through a loving, Christ-centered, bible-based child care center.
Our Goals.
|
Our Standards.
Our commitment is to teach children in developmentally appropriate ways using a broad range of activities. We also believe that every child needs to experience the love and acceptance of God in Christ. We know that each child is a child of God deserving love, respect and security. We operate from these foundational values as we strive to provide the best possible care to the little ones entrusted to us by God. |
A typical day at Open Arms.
Each day children are offered a stimulating environment with an array of developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Since young children learn best through play, activities such as Bible lessons, stories, finger plays, music, creative art, science exploration, math skills development and language enhancement, are all daily planned activities to encourage our children’s eagerness to learn.
Our program blends quality care and education in a safe and loving classroom environment. The Center is a not-for-profit ministry of New Hope Lutheran Church. The Center is open to children of any race, color, or creed from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. The Center provides after school care for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.
